2. USERS VieAI is designed for users aged 5 and up:
- Children from 5 years old to under 13 years old: need close supervision from a parent or legal guardian. Parents should guide their children when using the app and make sure they do not share sensitive information.
- Children under 5 years old: do not use on their own. Every access to the app must be directly supervised by an adult.
3. TYPES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT a. Registration and authentication information When you create an account, we collect the information necessary to verify your identity, keep your account secure, and personalize your learning experience. Specifically, including:
- Email address and password: used to register, log in, and recover your account as needed. For security, we may ask you to authenticate your email address through a verification code sent to your mailbox, to ensure you are the rightful owner of that address.
- Your passwords will be encrypted and stored in absolute security, adhering to the highest security standards to prevent unauthorized access.
b. Personal Profile & Learning Data We store personal information and learning data to optimise your learning pathway, including:
- Profile picture, language being learned, achievements, and learning progress
- Notes, study logs, and a list of completed or tracked lessons
- This data helps us recommend relevant content, track progress, and create a more personalized learning experience.
c. Data interacting with AI Every interaction you have with the AI system can be recorded and used to improve the quality of service:
- Includes text, audio, or video calls that you send to AI.
- Audio recordings and transcripts can be used for model training, improving the accuracy and naturalness of AI responses.
This data may be shared with OpenAI or trusted AI partners, but only for product development purposes, not for advertising or personalization purposes.
d. Voice recognition When you use speech or pronunciation practice, your audio data is processed as follows:
- Audio is recorded as you speak or read so that the system evaluates the pronunciation
- Analyzed through speech processing services such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Apple to determine accuracy and suggest improvements.
We never use these recordings to copy, clone, or create a profile of a user's voice.
e. Cookies & Device Information - Cookies are used to keep logged in and remember lessons.
- Session cookies will delete themselves after you close your browser.
- Device data such as operating system, machine type, usage time, etc.
4. PURPOSE OF USE OF INFORMATION VieAI uses personal information to:
